County of Randolph issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.
“Check out the season finale of the Seen and Heard Podcast with guests Randolph County Commissioner, Hope Haywood, and Randolph County resident, Sharee Pemberton. In this episode, the ladies sit down with host Matt Anderson to discuss the role of trust and relationship in transforming child welfare. Both Haywood and Pemberton serve on the Randolph County Partnership for Children Board of Directors.
Randolph County Commissioners recently approved funding to support the Randolph County Partnership for Children in elevating early childhood programming and interventions. The Partnership will collaborate with The Children’s Home Society to produce an in-depth assessment of the early childhood community in Randolph County.
The Seen and Heard podcast engages in stories and conversations that recognize the transformation of the U.S. foster care system. The series highlights the deeply personal stories of families with lived child welfare system experience and frontline leaders of the family well-being movement.”
