On Saturday, March 29, former Uwharrie Charter Academy standout Mollie Bulla’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, won 13-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the James Madison Dukes.

The game took place at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park. This was their fourth matchup against the Dukes this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 1 p.m. at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park against James Madison Dukes.
