On Tuesday, March 11, former Uwharrie Charter Academy standout Logan Sawyer’s current college team, the Brevard Tornados, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Piedmont Lions.

The game took place at Loudermilk Field. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Tornados’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at Harvey-Dryden Field against Southern Virginia Knights.
