On Sunday, March 9, former Southwestern Randolph High School standout Tyler Parks’ current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Stanford Cardinals.

The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at Bill Brooks Field against UNC Wilmington Seahawks.
