On Tuesday, April 1, former Randleman High School standout Ryan White’s current college team, the Western Carolina Catamounts, won 14-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Appalachian State Mountaineers.

The game took place at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Catamounts’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 5 p.m. at Ronnie G. Childress Field at Hennon Stadium against Gardner–Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.
