Sunday, Feb. 23: Uwharrie Charter Academy standout Logan Sawyer’s college team loses to Centre Colonels

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Uwharrie Charter Academy standout Logan Sawyer’s current college team, the Brevard Tornados, lost 10-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Centre Colonels.

The game took place at Gary Wright Field at Fishman Park. This was their second matchup against the Colonels this season.

The Tornados’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Gil Coan Field against Guilford Quakers.
