North Carolina midterms sees Erik Davis for North Carolina House in cities associated with Randolph County spend the most during Q1

Erik Davis for North Carolina House spent the most out of political committees within cities associated with Randolph County during the first quarter of 2023.

It spent $233 on two vendors during the time period.

The largest expense was for Unspecified Expenses to Randolph County Democratic Executive Committee.

The second largest political spend from a committee operating in a city within Randolph County during the first quarter of 2023 came from Committee to Elect Dennis S Miller for North Carolina 80. It spent $14 during the time period on one vendor.

What’s known as “dark money”, which comes from political non-profits and shell corporations, has greatly increased expenditures and donations in recent elections to record-breaking highs.
