The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office would like to express our gratitude to the Piedmont advocacy centers for the great work they do in aiding us and other agencies in our investigations.
Children's Advocacy Centers There are 49 child advocacy centers across North Carolina, with specially trained forensic interviewers, victim advocates, therapists, and rostered medical providers available to serve children and non-offending caregivers in a comfortable, child-focused setting. They assist in the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases and coordinate treatment of victims by utilizing multidisciplinary teams of professionals involved in child protective and victim advocacy services, physical and mental health services and law enforcement and prosecution services.

Emmy's House Children's Advocacy Center - (CAC of Randolph County) majority partner because of their central location to our area families.

The Dragonfly House Children's Advocacy Center - (CAC of Davie Davidson counties) secondary partner. We use their services due to where some families reside or where some children are placed through DSS.
CrossRoads Sexual Assault Response & Resource Center - (CAC of Alamance County) secondary partner because services were utilized due to where some families reside, or child placement through DSS.
