On Wednesday, August 17, the North Carolina Zoo officially broke ground on its new Asia continent expansion project. Planned species for the new continent include tigers, king cobras, Komodo dragons, and much more.
The North Carolina Zoo is one of Randolph County's greatest economic drivers and we are excited for the future and all that is to come!
