Fees/Admission:
- Reception Sponsor with a reserved table for eight for $1,600*
- Gold Sponsorship with a reserved table for eight for $1,300*
(*Additional seats available to Premier, Reception and Gold Sponsors for $45 each)
- Silver Sponsorship with a reserved table for four for $800
- Bronze Sponsor which gives me 2 tickets for $300
(All sponsorships listed above receive pre-event publicity, name on programs and recognition at program)
- Individual Tickets to the Annual Meeting are $75 per person
