Randolph County School System issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
Over the past two days, Elementary Battle of the Books teams across the district have competed virtually in the preliminary competition to determine which schools will advance to the final district competition. All of the participating schools did a fantastic job, and we are proud of all of them!
Congratulations to the following schools that are advancing to the District Final Elementary Battle of the Books: Coleridge, Hopewell, Level Cross, New Market, Randleman, Seagrove, Trindale, and Trinity.
The competition takes place Friday, March 11, at 9:00 am at Randolph Community College.
