Ms. German always goes above and beyond for her students and the school. She challenges her students to do their best, supporting them every step of the way. Not only did Ms. German host a student teacher this year, but when her teammate was absent for an extended time due to family illness, she went above the call of duty. Ms. German took on the responsibility for the entire grade level by teaching the other fifth grade class. In addition, she graded papers and completed report cards and interim reports for both classes. Ms. German leads with her heart and sees the good in all of those around her. We are blessed to have Jesse German at Franklinville Elementary School and are proud to recognize her as our STAR Employee for January.
