Trinity Middle School - Heather Bain

Every school has people who take on extra responsibilities so that everything gets done and the day runs smoothly. They are happy answering phones in the front office, directing traffic in the car line, or driving a bus to ensure all students arrive safely. At the new Trinity Middle School, data manager Heather Bain is one of these people. She has made the opening of our school as smooth as possible. Ms. Bain has been the face in the front office who greets parents, as well as the voice on the phone when parents have questions about the school and district. She has driven a school bus daily since the first day of school, with no complaints. Ms. Bain is a true team player, knowing it takes all of us to make the school a place where students can learn and grow to be successful. She performs her work with passion and pride, which demonstrates her natural, sincere character. Mrs. Monroe states, “I’ve never had my classroom so clean in the 22 years that I have taught.” Mrs. Turner is an integral part of a positive learning environment and the ‘C Hall’ family. On returning to school, the teachers on her hall were welcomed with a joyful smile and a goodie bag on their desks. Mrs. Turner feels her job performance is a direct reflection of her character and leaves no stone unturned in making sure her area of responsibility is cared for with the highest level of professionalism.
