On Friday, May 23, former Randleman High School standout Hunter Atkins’ current collegiate team the Catawba Indians lost 3-6 against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Newman Park at 6 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears in the tournament.

The Catawba Indians’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 6 p.m. at Newman Park.
