On Tuesday, March 11, former Providence Grove High School standout Luke Thomas’ current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 12-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the High Point Panthers.

The game took place at Coy O. Williard Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 4 p.m. at UNCG Baseball Stadium against North Carolina A&T Aggies.
