On Friday, March 7, former Providence Grove High School standout Luke Thomas’ current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Radford Highlanders.

The game took place at UNCG Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Highlanders this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 2 p.m. at UNCG Baseball Stadium against Radford Highlanders.
