On Saturday, May 17, former Providence Grove High School standout Emma Mazzarone’s current collegiate team the Virginia Tech Hokies won 11-1 against the Belmont Bruins in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium at 4:55 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Belmont Bruins in the tournament.

The Virginia Tech Hokies’ next game will take place on Sunday, May 18 at 4:30 p.m. at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium.
