On Saturday, March 1, former Eastern Randolph High School standout Ayanna Mears’ current college team, the North Carolina A&T Aggies, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Rhode Island Rams.

The game took place at Catamount Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Rams this season.

The Aggies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12:30 p.m. at Catamount Softball Complex against Western Carolina Catamounts.
