Congratulations to William Villano, English teacher at Uwharrie Ridge Six-Twelve, and Laura Leonard, Exceptional Children teacher at Wheatmore High School, on their winning entries into Randolph Electric Membership Corporation’s 2022 “Bright Ideas” grant competition.
Mr. Villano received a grant of $1,000 to fund his “Escape Room Kits” project. Ms. Leonard received a grant of $1,345 to fund her “Flexible Seating for Special Education” project.
